Products: we make every effort to display our products accurately. The Germixy™ UV Toothbrush Sanitizer is a personal care device, not a medical device. Claims of germ reduction (up to 99.9%) are based on laboratory testing of UV-C light against common bacteria.

Pricing: all prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time. Compare-at prices reflect the regular list price of the product.

Orders: we may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud). If your payment was captured, it will be fully refunded.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Germixy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
