30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return: email dcortesalv@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Conditions: items must be returned in their original packaging. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.

Damaged or defective items: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
